Business email setup and deliverability services are an often-overlooked discipline that quietly affects every business with a custom-domain email — and especially businesses sending transactional email (password resets, order confirmations, newsletters, marketing campaigns) at any volume. Without correctly configured authentication, even legitimate email lands in spam folders, damages sender reputation, and erodes customer trust. Authentication setup is non-negotiable: SPF records (Sender Policy Framework) listing all authorised sending sources, DKIM signing (DomainKeys Identified Mail) for cryptographic message authentication, and DMARC policies (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) starting at p=none for monitoring and progressing to p=quarantine or p=reject as confidence builds. We monitor DMARC reports via tools like dmarcian, Valimail or Postmark's free DMARC monitoring, and remediate authentication failures. For eligible domains we set up BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) so the brand logo displays in supported inboxes.
